Eli Bryson

​Hello, I’m Eli Bryson! I’m a freshman, and this is my first year in robotics. I joined robotics because I wanted to learn coding and I’ve been interested in engineering since middle school. I also play soccer and spend a considerable amount of my time reading.

James Maner
Greetings, I’m James Maner. I am a freshman, and I’ve been familiar with Vex since middle school through engineering classes, but this is my first year in robotics. I’m hoping that robotics will help me become better at building and coding. Other than robotics, I’m also in science team and part of the STEM program. I have three dogs named Max, Maggie, and Bella. I love them very much.

Maha Mushtaq
Hi, my name is Maha Mushtaq! I’m a junior and this is my second year in robotics. Last year my team went to Worlds, so my goal for this season is going again since I had so much fun! I mostly help with building. I’m also in Mock Trial, Junior Civitans, STEM, and I’m taking 5 AP classes so I’m a bit busy, but I always make time for robotics!

Jack Oberman
Howdy, I’m Jack Oberman. I’m a junior and this is my second year in robotics. I’m the main programmer, but I also do a lot of engineering notebook. Other than robotics, I partake in Physics Olympiad, Marching Band (I play the baritone), iCare (the tech help for students), and I’m in STEM. I got to go to Worlds last year and I definitely want to get back to Kentucky!
 

Nathanael Oliver
Hi, I’m Nathanael Oliver. I’ve been in robotics for three years now. I’m a junior. I’m a builder and a programmer. And I wire. I work at Zoe’s Kitchen (come by anytime), I do iCare along with Jack, Fizzix Olympiad, and I’m in STEM. I want to go into engineering, so my goal this year is to improve my engineering skills. I went to Worlds last year. I’m really excited to go again. 
 

Jan Park
Ahnyung (that’s hello in Korean)! I’m Jan Park, a junior and a rookie in robotics. I thought I was only gonna do physics for the robot, but I also work with building. I tutor little kiddies in math and piano, I started Fizzicks Olympiad, I coach the middle school MathCounts, and I’m the team captain of the South Carolina Math Team. I’m also in STEM. I’m really enjoying learning about robotics, and I love jamming to K-pop!! My goal this year is to get a taste for robotics and learn about engineering in a way where I can also flex my math skills.
 

Owen Petersen
Hello, I’m Owen Petersen. This year is my first in robotics and I  am currently facing the hardship that is junior year. I joined robotics because I thought it would help my engineering skills, since that is the field of my interest. My goal this year is also to improve my engineering skills. I also do Academic Team and referee soccer games, as well as investing much of my time in memes. I am proud to be the tallest member of our team.
 

Isaac Thompson
Hi, I’m Isaac Thompson.This is my first year in robotics and I’m in junior year. I’m in Marching Band, Jazz Band, and I’m in STEM. I enjoy playing video games. At meetings I photograph the robot and everyone asks me to screw things in random places when they can’t because I’m strangely good at it. I photograph the robot, At competitions I drive the robot. My goal this year is to improve my engineering skills while having a nice time with my friends.
 

Arjun Verma
Welcome to our notebook. I am Arjun Verma. I’m a junior, and this is my fourth year in robotics. I also do Academic Team, Engineering Club, and play the cello. I mainly build and do inventor. I have a black cat named Oscar, and I grow Carolina Reapers and Ghost peppers because I love the spice life. Also Cantaloupes. I went to Worlds last year and I really want to go again!
